George founded Building Sustainability Ltd as part of the Cordless Group in 2007. He joined the Cordless Group in 2001 as a workplace technology consultant and founded Building Zones Ltd in 2003 which specialises in wireless networking and secure guest online services. Previously George had 12 years mobile communications experience working for Ericsson in Product Management and Business Development. He was responsible for wireless PBX and remote network access products and was involved in the GPRS and 3G operator business unit. George has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electrical and Electronic) from Canterbury University, New Zealand.

Torbjorn is currently the founding CEO of DACC Systems AB. Prior to that he had 30 years of experience at Ericsson, including roles as General Manager of Ericsson's Home Communication Unit developing consumer oriented products, Director of New Technologies and Concepts and General Manager of Total Solutions Development at Ericsson Telecom. Torbjorn has an MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Jason has been CTO of the Cordless Group since 2004. Jason is an expert and commentator on leading edge technologies such as IP Telephony, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiMAX, WUSB and 3/4G. In 1999 he helped to pioneer the use of WiFi for fixed broadband connectivity and worked with the DTI to unlicense the 2.4GHz radio spectrum. He specialises in the implementation of the latest 4th generation wireless networks (Meru Pinnacle status) and key wireless applications for the workplace. Jason has a BSc Computer Science with Applicable Mathematics from Manchester University.

Hans is one of the main architects behind the footprint tracker as well as one of the main architects and developers of the Excito Servicebase plattform. Prior to this Hans has 10 years of experience working as an IT consultant doing architecture and design of IT systems for a broad range of organizations, including banking, the pharmaceutical industry and the Swedish National Police Board. He has a deep knowledge in complex IP and Telecom systems and has been working in many projects concerning home automation (with Vattenfall and Eon). Hans has a Master in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Social Sciences.

As a skilled systems and application developer with more than 10 years of experience in web based development Mikael Söderman has profound knowledge of all parts of the development cycle. Prior experiences include consultancy work in the fields of e-commerce, life sciences and ip-based communication as well as development of medical imaging applications. Mikael is one of the founders of Excito Systems as well as one of the main architects and developers behind the Servicebase platform.
Mikael has a Master in Computer Science.

Anita is responsible for financial management at Cordless Group.
A chartered accountant, she brings confident financial management and systems for all Group companies. Prior to joining Cordless Group she worked for the company’s auditors, Gerald Edelman.
